Refund Policy Balance Facial Aesthetics At Balance Facial Aesthetics in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments and medical-grade skincare. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies: All Sales Are Final All services, treatment packages, prepaid treatments, and products are non-refundable once purchased. Prepaid Treatments & Packages All prepaid services and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Services must be used within any stated expiration period. Unused services hold no cash value. Deposits & Appointment Policy Deposits are required to reserve appointments and are non-refundable. Deposits may be applied toward your service if at least 24 hours’ notice is given for rescheduling. No-shows and late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Results Disclaimer Aesthetic treatments are not an exact science, and individual results may vary. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes. Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund. Service Concerns Clients must notify us within 1 day of treatment if they have concerns. The sooner, the better if you are having pain, skin blanching after filler. We may offer a follow-up evaluation or adjustment at our discretion. Corrective treatments, if appropriate, do not constitute a refund. Retail Products Unopened, unused products may be exchanged or issued store credit within 7 days.
