All Sales Are Final
All services, treatment packages, prepaid treatments, and products are non-refundable once purchased.
Prepaid Treatments & Packages

All prepaid services and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Services must be used within any stated expiration period.

Unused services hold no cash value.
Deposits & Appointment Policy

Deposits are required to reserve appointments and are non-refundable.

Deposits may be applied toward your service if at least 24 hours’ notice is given for rescheduling.

No-shows and late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Results Disclaimer

Aesthetic treatments are not an exact science, and individual results may vary.

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.
Service Concerns

Clients must notify us within 7 days of treatment if they have concerns.

We may offer a follow-up evaluation or adjustment at our discretion.

Corrective treatments, if appropriate, do not constitute a refund.
Retail Products

Unopened, unused products may be exchanged or issued store credit within 7 days.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
By purchasing services or products from Balance Facial Aesthetics, you agree to the following:

You acknowledge that all sales are final and agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered or products received.

You agree to contact Balance Facial Aesthetics directly to resolve any concerns prior to disputing a charge with your bank or credit card company.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

You agree that you are financially responsible for the full amount of the services rendered.

You authorize Balance Facial Aesthetics to provide documentation, including signed consent forms, treatment records, and this policy, to the payment processor as evidence.

You agree to reimburse any fees incurred as a result of the chargeback, including administrative and processing fees where permitted by law.

Right to Refuse Service
Balance Facial Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for medical, safety, or behavioral reasons.
